Long Real Estate Services was founded in 2018 to meet the real estate needs of sellers, buyers, investors and tenants in Macomb County. The company’s day to day operations are run by John and Bethany Long.

Bethany is a licensed real estate agent that focuses on meeting her clients’ needs in any market. Her marketing strategies allow her to obtain maximum profits for her clients selling their homes. Her dedication, and creative negotiating skills have resulted in offer acceptance rates up to 3x higher than the industry average.

During one of the hottest housing markets in US history her clients were searching for houses on average for less than 30 days, while many buyers were searching for upwards of 3-6 months.

With experience in over 10,000 real estate transactions, John is an expert regarding housing. As a top producer at the nation’s largest mortgage lender, he worked hands on with clients navigating complicated real estate transactions, prior to leading the Escalation and High-Profile Transaction Team. The latter of which was responsible for working with celebrities, athletes and political figures.

 He was then promoted to Sr. Director of the Relocation Department where his team worked with some of the largest companies in the country providing mortgage, real estate and relocations services to their employees, before ultimately focusing full time on running and growing Long Real Estate Services.

Giving Back

Long Real Estate Services is proud to be involved in the community, and they believe giving back is a fundamental responsibility that all businesses have. John sits on the Advisory Board for the Southeast Michigan Chamber of Commerce, where he works with new businesses that join the Chamber. Helping them grow their business, and making the right connections, is something he is passionate about.

In addition to the Chamber, the company regularly volunteers their time to help. From sitting on the board of the Noth Gration Cruise Foundation, to sitting on the board and running the Warren Community Foundation, Long Real Estate Services has helped raised hundreds of thousands of dollars for local non-profits. Their favorite is the MCREST Womens’ and Childrens’ homeless shelter, of which they were sponsors for the Homeless Childrens’ Christmas Toy Party.
